Shoulder Pain? Not Any More.
David has been helping me to rehab an injured shoulder and my mobility is starting to increase. After struggling for 6 months to heal, I’m finally able to get back to the exercises I love without feeling like I am exacerbating the injury. As a bonus, my husband has been stealing some of the exercises David gave me and has been surprised at the difference it made in his trouble spots. I love that David’s videos are on YouTube so I can do a quick refresher at home.
David’s programs are now online. That is awesome! It was my playlist that he made for me that had the largest impact. It allowed me to do my exercises whenever and wherever I was. People, if you are injured and need help, contact him! There is absolutely no reason to think your pain is too severe to get better!
