I started working with David in 2015 for my achilles injury which was preventing me from running. What I found very interesting is David actually noticed many of my movement patterns (squat, lunge, dead lift) were incorrect and then noticed it was because of my lack of mobility. He was the first one that connected my lack of hip flexibility/mobility to the mechanics of my movement and with his many clear and simple analogies I was able to understand exactly what he was talking about. I also really appreciated his natural approach where he really advices his athletes and clients to stay away from pain medications and braces that just create different problems later on. From his view on the importance of movement and understanding of the anatomy of the body I can honestly admit that I look at my performance in a completely different way than I ever did before!
